Yes, that's correct
Very nice. Is it also possible to get English voices? English voices are the key component missing from most of the visual novels I have.
We don't have plans for English voice acting for this game currently, although our games Highway Blossoms, Heart of the Woods, Please Be Happy, and National Park Girls all have full English voice acting if you're interested in those.
