Hello, everyone! We’ve got some really, really, really exciting news to share with you today!

Thanks to all of the love and support everyone has shown towards our little jam game, we’re thrilled to announce that Upwards, Rain! The Post Office of Farewells is getting a complete edition, launching July 1st here and on Steam! The complete edition includes a lot of exciting things, such as fully illustrated side stories featuring each of the characters, new and revamped puzzles, a totally brand new ui, overhauled (and additional!) art and full English voice acting! We’ve actually got a trailer to share going over the new details!

Furthermore, the Steam page is now up and running, and it includes a bunch of new screenshots with some updated art! Please consider leaving us a wishlist there if you can, it’ll help us a whole lot. Check it out here!

With this new release, we have a bit of bittersweet news, though: we’ve made the difficult decision to prevent new downloads of the current, free version of the game starting March 31st. So long as you’ve downloaded it sometime before then, you’ll still maintain access to it though! We also plan to continue using this page for the upcoming full release, which means if you’ve paid at least $7.99 USD for the release you’ll be able to access the new version of the game on itch.io without paying anything extra.

There’s also one more Rain-related announcement to share today: our flighty little courier has been chosen to be the next plushie we release! Pre-orders are open RIGHT NOW and we’ve even got another video to share!
